Cancellation and Deposit Policies
A deposit is required at the time you initially schedule your appointment; the deposit becomes nonrefundable after 48 hours of booking your initial appointment. If you decide to cancel your appointment after the 48-hour timeframe, you are entitled to a store credit that can be used on any of our services in the future. If you cancel within the 48 hours of submitting your deposit, you are entitled to a full refund. Your deposit refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your appointment to a later date and time, the 48-hour timeframe does not apply. Your deposit is only nonrefundable if you cancel your appointment after 48 hours of submitting your initial deposit.
Product Warranty
We warrant installed products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and conditions for a period of one (1) year from the original installation date. Distinct EV’s dba Distinct Teslas agrees, at its option during the warranty period, to repair any defect in material or workmanship or to furnish and install a new product of equal value without charge. Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction. Distinct EV’s dba Distinct Teslas does NOT warranty products that have signs of physical damage (cracked screen, broken pieces, water damage, dings, etc..) Any product that is modified, tampered with, adjusted, repaired, or damaged due to improper use. Any cosmetic damage to the surface or exterior that has been defaced or caused by normal wear and tear or exposure to foreign chemicals, water, or prolonged sun exposure. We do not warranty customer-supplied parts; any warranty claims on customer-supplied parts must be directed to the original manufacturer or company the parts were purchased from.
